eManitowoc is a desktop computer service provider.  We are fully qualified to deliver service and support on  IBM compatible computers.  We have been trained in various networking platforms including: Microsoft Windows 98, Windows XP and Windows Vista, and Windows 7. 

We also service the entire spectrum of Microsoft desktop operating systems for the home and business users. 
When problems arise with your computer, we are just a phone call away.

Pricing

The current billing rate is $55.00 per hour  (this rate is subject to change).
Billing is done by the 1/2 hour increments.
On-site computer repair (business/home) $75.00 per hour.

Response Time

eManitowoc will try to service your computer within 48 hours of your call.  We can?t guarantee service on holidays.

Will I be without my computer for long?

No, Service is usually completed within 48 hours. (time may vary
depending on the work required.)

Why won't eManitowoc install their Windows or other software
onto my system?

Microsoft has a Windows Product Activation (WPA) feature which ties each copy of Windows XP to a specific PC, WPA was designed to prevent casual piracy?such as when a user buys one copy of Windows and then lets a friend or family member install it on his or her PC as well.

Does eManitowoc offer any type of Guarantee or Warranty?

We offer a 30 day guarantee on our labor.  If the problem with your
computer is not resolved, bring it back with no charge to you.  
Warranty on new computers covers hardware only. 
Software problems not included in warranty and are charged on an
hourly rate of $55.00 an hour.

This includes virus re-infections, stability of internet connections.
Any hardware or software not installed or purchased from eManitowoc PC.  
Any non-standard adjustments to computer system by customers. 
Any hardware or software not purchased from eManitowoc PC.
 

PRICES

In-house Service $55 per hour.
On-Site Service $75 per hour.
Consultation fees $65 per hour.
All labor comes with a 30 day guarantee.
